- All rates are quoted in USD and subject to change without prior notice.
- All reservations are to be made by contact with Star Bali Villas at marketing@starbalivillas.com.
- For all bookings, we require a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount due to confirm the booking. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit amount has reached our bank account or we have been notified by our credit card processor that payment has been received, and we have responded to you via email that your booking is confirmed which we shall normally do within 24 hours of having received notice.
- Payment of the final outstanding amount due is required at least 14 days prior to the date of your arrival. We will send you a final payment reminder prior to this date. Once payment has been made we will provide you with all the final details for your stay. A guest’s booking is at risk if the guest fails to make payment within 5 working days of having been sent the final payment request.
- Where guests or agents representing guests have failed to make final payment in accordance with the above Final Payment notice periods, then we shall have the right to treat such booking as being cancelled and such booking shall then be subject to our cancellation policy. Where guests, or agents representing guests, have failed to make full and final payment prior to the guests commencing their stay, then we reserve the right to refuse the guests entry to the villa, and to continue to refuse entry until such point as payment has been made.
- Provided that you booked a minimum 7 nights you will be eligible for a 40% discount. Taxes are not covered as part of discount.
- Must mention promotion when booking.
- Subject to availability at participating villa.
- Blackout dates 20th December 2019 – 10th January 2020 inclusive are not included in promotion and other restrictions may apply.
- One promotion offer per stay for primary person booking only.
- Standard check-out time is 12 NN; Check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply.
- Night extensions are subject to availability.
- Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner upon check-in. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with these requirements or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
- All other promotions for Villa Athena either via Villa Athena’s website or other third party agents cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. Not valid with other deals, promotions, campaigns or long stay deals.
